Meditation is good way to relax yourself. I like doing it in the early morning. When you sit well and begin to feel your breath and the background around you, you will find something peace in your mind.
You will realize what you think in you mind, and at the same time, you will notice it is hard to concentrate.
That’s a good way to practice your ability of concentration. Just try it.

- playing games with my daughter;
- some of the students’ parents thank me for being a good teacher;
- start to read a book named “Finish What You Start”;
